At ONELUV Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return Policy below for information on how to return items purchased from our website.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Timeframe:
You may return items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
1.2 Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- With all tags still attached.
- In the original packaging, if applicable.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items or final clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Underwear, swimwear, and any other items where hygiene is a concern, unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
2.1 Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@oneluvclothing.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2.2 Shipping:
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Processing Your Return
3.1 Inspection:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
3.2 Refunds:
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
3.3 Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing tags).
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to send back the original item and place a new order for the desired product. We do not offer direct exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1 Reporting an Issue:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@oneluvclothing.com with a description and photos of the issue.
5.2 Resolution:
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, if the item is found to be defective or incorrect.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
6.1 Processing Time:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.

7. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside Portugal, please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
